The standard warranty length is 90 days from when the purchase is made, this doesn't account for user error (e.g: breaking the screen, water damage, etc) and new issues that occur after the repair is completed.
If the customer wishes for an extended warranty, this can be negotiated in the price. Our standard is to do a 365 days warranty for £25, ontop of the repair charges. This does not include parts that may be needed to further repair the device.
If the customer wishes to not have a warranty, this will not take any value off the cost of the repair/purchase.
Any device that is purchased or repaired by the business, will have the standard 90 day warranty length.
