What data do we store?
When working with clients, we do all of our communication through one of the following: WhatsApp, Facebook, Email.
With this, we store our client data within the applications, or in a mobile phone contacts. This allows us to easily reach out to you for further enquiries, and for us to stay communicating throughout the process of our services.
To comply with GDPR regulations, we periodically review our client data to ensure no data is being stored that is not necessary. For example, any customers who (for any reason) we no longer need to be in contact with, will have their contact information removed.
How do I know my data is safe?
Since we will not ask for or process any of your personal information within the website, your data is completely safe and at no risk to vulnerabilities. This includes the contact form, where currently emails are not processed through the website and instead takes you to your emails, allowing you to safely send the email yourself.
We do not share any information about customers to a third-party, all information is kept safe and secure, to ensure protection of customers personal information.
Furthermore, we do not use cookies to store any of your data, further increasing the safety of your personal information.
Returning a device?
When returning a device you have bought from us - and an unsuccessful repair attempt - we will ensure all data is completely wiped from the device (using Crystal Disk) before redistribution / using the device for parts.
Purchasing a device?
Prior to purchasing a device from the business shop, all hard drives and user data will be completely wiped from the device, removing all traces of prior owners.
All purchases are currently done through third party services and communication between the clients and the business. Therefore, we will not ask for any of your payment information and have no ability or necessity to store debit / credit card information.
