Where are we located?
As of November 2024, we are primarily based in Maidstone, Kent. However, in the near future, will be relocating to the Romney Marsh, Kent.
Despite this, we are open to offering our services to anywhere in the UK, as long as shipping is covered by the customer!

Our experience
We have been working in the industry for 15 years, with experience in all facets of the repair industry. Opposed to most repair technicians that focus on simple fixes such as a screen change, we have the knowledge and experience to fix anything; including micro-soldering, and anything that most others can't fix!
There is nothing we can't fix, we believe that with time anything can be understood and we are willing to go above and beyond to fix any issues you are having with any electronic device.
How are payments handled?
Most purchases will be made with cash or card, during an in-person transaction. However, for cases where the buyer is not able to travel (and the device needs to be shipped), all transactions will be done through Paypal - or in some cases - Bank transfer.
In most cases, any shipping costs will be paid for by the customer. This includes shipping a device to be repaired, or purchasing something we are selling. If a device is sent for a refund, and we cannot fix the issue you have, we will cover shipping costs.
All refunds will be given through the payment method you used to make the payment originally, whether this being through Cash, Card or Bank transfer/Paypal.
