We offer a 14-day refund period for any device purchased from our shop. All refunds will be made within 14-days from when the device is returned.
There is no refund for our repair services. If you are unhappy with the work done, please contact us via the Contact form!
If a device is sent in for repair, and a payment isn't made within 90 days of the invoice being sent, you will forfeit the possession of the device to us. The device will then be wiped and sold to cover the unpaid repair costs.
Yes you can! As long as the device is returned in the condition we gave it in, and the request is made within 14 days of the purchase, we will refund in full.
All shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
